Having navigated my own health journey, I understand the challenges you may be facing. My own path to Nutritional Therapy began with my own health. I experienced fatigue, digestive issues, and chronic stress during most of my 20ās and early 30ās, ultimately leading to the discovery of an underactive thyroid. Despite being eventually diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease and placed on medication, I continued to suffer from symptoms that significantly impacted my quality of life. Despite doctors insisting that my blood tests were 'normal and within range,' they were unable to offer any further solutions to help me, and my symptoms continued, which was frustrating. Determined to find relief, I was spurred into action.
This led me to discover the transformative power of nutrition and lifestyle changes, which marked the beginning of my journey towards healing and wellness. It was at this point I realised the importance of prioritising my well-being. Motivated by my personal experiences, I pursued and successfully completed three years of formal training in Nutritional Therapy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), graduating with distinction.
Now, I'm dedicated to helping individuals worldwide through personalised video consultations.
My mission is to help and support my clients to investigate root cause of symptoms. I cover areas including energy/fatigue, gut & digestion, mood, chronic stress, weight management, autoimmune diseases, thyroid health, immune health, hormonal balance, fertility, pregnancy & postpartum nutrition & wellness. Drawing from a blend of scientific research, holistic and naturopathic principles, I like to collaborate closely with my clients to develop practical, tailored nutrition and lifestyle strategies that are sustainable over the long term.
As a registered Nutritional Therapist, I am a member of the ANP (Association of Naturopathic Practitioners) and the GNC (General Naturopathic Council). I am also registered with CNHC (the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council).

1. Our Initial Chat
I offer a free 30 minute call to discuss your Health Goals.
It's our chance to get acquainted and for me to understand your nutritional needs. We'll make sure we're a good fit and select the right package for you.
2. Pre consultation
You will complete a comprehensive health questionnaire and a food diary.
These give me valuable insights into your health journey and eating habits. Feel free to share any recent test results too.
3. Initial Consultation
We'll dive deeper into your health concerns and goals. After our chat, I'll craft your personalised plan with actionable diet and lifestyle points. You'll receive this by email, along with any recommended supplements or tests.
4. Follow Ups & Coaching
In our follow-ups, we'll review your progress and tackle any new health concerns, and update your personalised plan.
If you've had tests done, we'll go over the results together.
